Changes & Cancellations

Everything is made fresh to order, so changes work best early.

Once you place an order, I will confirm the timing with you. You can change or cancel any time before I start baking your order, no problem at all.

After your dough is already rising with your name on it, I may not be able to refund it, but if something goes wrong on my end I will always make it right.

The simplest thing is just to reach out. I am easy to get hold of.
