The sweet braided egg loaf. Braided the way my great-grandmother made it in her bakery in Poland, and the way my grandmother made it every week. There is a little something in the DNA with this one.
Made with a touch of mature starter for flavor. Soft, rich, and golden. Lovely fresh, and unreal as French toast the next morning.
It has always been a holiday bread. Because everything here is baked to order, you can have it any week of the year.
